About The Palms Hotel & Spa

    Excellent Hotel

    Plenty of individuals all around to assist and give service. The porters are the foremost inviting! Emmanuel at check-in was a shinning spot. Rooms were exceptionally clean, cutting edge and bounty huge. Cherish the robes and shoes. Sea sees are astonishing. Grounds are tropical, calm and well laid out. Pool towels are huge and cozy. Shoreline benefit is effective. Each single feast we had was delightful. Best Korean BBQ tacos I've ever had. Pool water was fair the correct temp. Tropical blooms flourish. The spa was little but calm with pleasant touches. Rub was incredible.

    Great Staff

    My first visit to The Palms was perfect and I will return. I needed a long weekend getaway from the snowy northeast. The Palms sits directly on the beach/ocean with fabulous views from the oceanfront rooms. The beach and pool chairs are high end with towel and drink service. There's a lovely and safe boardwalk that runs directly behind the hotel so guests can walk and jog throughout the day. I visited the Aveda Spa and had a massage with Michelle. I get a lot of massages at home and on vacations so I know a good masseuse when I have one. Michelle has excellent massage technique and the spa rooms are high end. The music is spot on. The steam room was relaxing after a day in the sun. The spa manager Hailey is professional, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel rooms supply free Aveda bath products. The on site restaurant has excellent food and service with a lovely covered porch with tropical fans overlooking the pool area.

    Beautiful hotel

    Stayed here for 3 nights. Had an ocean view room, takes your breath away when you first walk in, with full length windows. Amazing sunrises. We had breakfast included which had a good choice at the buffet. Gym was reasonably equipped although would be a bit restrictive if you are staying any longer. Location was good, we walked to Lincoln Rd in less than 30 min and caught the free trolley bus on another occasion. This is a pretty, well maintained hotel and staff are friendly. The only downside was the pool was closed for maintenance. This didn't ruin our stay as we prefer the beach and we could have used the pool next door if we wanted to. They didn't charge us the resort fee as compensation. I highly recommend this hotel.
