it was cold at night and in the mornings so we had the staff light the fire in our room at 6:30am to take the chill off before we got up. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were very good. The location was a tad removed from other night time dining options, but that was also part of the charm- the hillside lawn and garden area for sitting in the afternoon and enjoying a cup of tea or a beer. And it wasn't so far that you couldn't wander around the main part of town, the shops and markets and the big park. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful.
