The hotel is well located in the shopping and conference district. Lobby in great shape and I was greeted by concierge quickly who assisted with valet parking, checking luggage so I could work my work over to a conference. The room was fine, not as nice as the Intercontinental on Front St. I was given an access room and told if I wanted a regular room it would cost more. The washroom was old and dated. The shower head was something you would pick up at a local hardware store. I checked out on a Friday morning and the front desk offered to email my invoice. Four days later I am on a call being transferred a few times to get a receipt that should have been sent much earlier.
