clean hotel in a good location, however our stay wasnt comfortable at all due to the heat in our room! we were told that someone would come up to fix it but no one came. we had two nights of excruciating heat and barely slept
busy hotel, felt safe, brilliant location. good vibe. didn’t eat here

Excellent experience...hotel personnel were extremely pleasant and helpful. Starbucks across the street, great places to eat, shop, or have a drink. Very short walk to Central Park, and nearby shops. We loved our room- 2 separate bedrooms made it seem bigger than it was. bed linen was clean- very soft and comfy. newly renovated bath was awesome- very nice. Small kitchen area with microwave/refrigerator/sink and a cherry “wood” flooring in between that looked new. We would have loved to stay longer.
rooms were clean. first night no heat. a lot of noise 2nd night move to new room. but heat pipes kept me up all night singing and clonging. for what a paid a night could hv gotten a better hotel
