i had very lovely stay at the hotel. The service at front office, specially with Aileen, was great. she's very friendly, understanding, and kind. The housekeeping, room service ...all were very kind and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was relaxing.

room 419 was smelly, TV was not working and needed to be replaced, bathroom scales not working (weak batteries) and luggage was not delivered to room prompltly.
