There lobby is on the 2nd floor so you have to get your bags up from the taxi by yourselft and go to the lobby to get a luggage cart of someone to help you. It's inconvenient not to have someone near the taxi's so you don't have to leave your bags alone. The breakfast is not great for Western foods. Not enough choices.
