About Mangochi

Mangochi is a lively resort town set at the southern tip of Lake Malawi. Once a colonial defence post known as Fort Johnston, today Mangochi lures holidaymakers in search of sand and sunshine. Swaying palms and street stalls laden with fresh coconuts give the town a laid-back, tropical feel.
