About Mangwon-dong

Things to do in Mangwon-dong

From sizzling street food stalls to colourful produce stands, Mangwon Market is a hive of activity. The market has a local flavour and is a great place to pick up fresh fruit and sample South Korean street food. Local favourites include “odeng” fish cakes and “pajeon” savoury pancakes.

Han River Park enjoys a scenic waterfront setting and is perfect for enjoying a picnic and watching the sunset. Admire the Seoul skyline and watch cars speeding along the Seongsan Bridge. In summer, the riverside swimming pool is a great place to cool off. The park is also a hub for windsurfing, water skiing and other water sports.
