From chic cafes to fine-dining restaurants, Millau is a great place to enjoy cuisine from the Aveyron region. Dine al fresco in atmospheric courtyards and enjoy signature dishes like “aligot” mashed potato with cheese and garlic, sheep’s milk curds and pungent Roquefort cheese.
