Located just off the Bruce Highway, Aussie World boasts family-friendly rides, slides, trains, discos and the fun-fair Sideshow Alley. You can also explore an “illusionarium” and Mayhem Maze.
Kids can enjoy whimsical rides, such as the Speed Stars racing ride, the Bug Run roller coaster and the Little Beaut… Toot Toot! family train. Water rides include The Plunge, which propels riders through a waterfall. The Dark Rebel ride is perfect for enjoying oldie-goldie songs from the 50s and 60s with disco balls and special effects.
Crazy Mirrors are part of the fun at Aussie World, while Phileas's Fun Worx is full of arcade and video games. Visit Aussie World Pub for hearty Australian fare or head to Fun Café and tuck into fish-and-chips and ice cream. Shops in The Village sell everything from crystals to jewellery, costumes, toys, souvenirs and handmade fudge.
Getting there
Aussie World is about one kilometre from the Caloundra exit off Bruce Highway. Translink trains connect to the park, while Con-X-ion buses offer door-to-door return services to Aussie World from anywhere on the Sunshine Coast.
